The mildly spicy chili sauce is obtained by fermenting chili peppers, peppers, ginger and garlic for several weeks in a single vat. At the end of fermentation, a particularly rich taste is obtained, which goes well with many dishes. 

Ginger chili sauce

  • Fermented ginger chili sauce

    Shake before use.

    Ingredients: sweet peppers, drinking water, hot peppers 7%, honey, ginger, garlic, table salt.
